BEFORE YOU BOOK
A few useful answers.
How much does a website cost?
Current starting prices are £95 for Starter, £195 for Business and £395 for Professional. Your written quote confirms the exact scope and price before work begins. Domain, hosting, paid tools and work outside the agreed scope are separate.
How long does it take?
Estimated delivery is 3–4 working days for Starter, 5–6 for Business and 7–10 for Professional. Timing starts after the scope is agreed and the required content, access and any deposit shown in the quote have been provided.
Do I own my website and domain?
Where possible, your domain and hosting accounts stay in your name. After full payment, you own the finished custom website work created specifically for you, subject to any third-party licences and the terms agreed in your quote.
What happens if I want changes later?
Included revision rounds cover refinements to the agreed work. New pages, features, design changes or extra revision rounds are quoted separately. Optional monthly maintenance is also available.
Do you work with businesses outside my area?
Yes. Sitebirch is UK-based and projects can be handled remotely, so you do not need to be nearby. If you are outside the UK, any practical payment or timing arrangements will be confirmed before booking.
How do I pay, and when?
Your quote states the payment method, whether a deposit is required and when each payment is due. There is no single fixed deposit for every project. Work starts after any stated deposit clears, and final files are handed over after the agreed balance is paid.
Do I have to pay for monthly maintenance?
No. Your website build is a one-off fee. Monthly maintenance is an optional, separately quoted service. You can also request individual changes as needed; work outside included revisions or an agreed care allowance receives a separate quote for approval.
What should I send to get a quote?
Your business name, service description, required pages, preferred style and any existing website link. Send available logos and copy after we agree a secure way to share them.
Can you guarantee Google rankings or AdSense approval?
No. Basic SEO improves page structure and metadata, but rankings, traffic, affiliate acceptance and advertising approval are controlled by external platforms.
Are policies and privacy pages legal advice?
No. These are business-specific drafts for your review, not legal advice or a compliance certification. Regulated or complex businesses should obtain qualified legal review.
Do you build payment and booking systems?
Yes, as separately scoped projects. Stripe Checkout integration starts at £325 and a multi-step booking system starts at £850. Payment accounts, live verification, security requirements and third-party costs must be agreed first.
What happens when I click WhatsApp?
